Privacy policy

This policy explains what SellData.ai ("we") collects on selldata.ai and what we do with it. We do not buy, receive or store your company's operational data. Licensing happens directly between your company and a buyer.
What we collect
- Value check answers: company name, website, your role, headcount band, industry, years of history, tools used, company status, confidentiality answer, and your name, email and optional phone.
- Partner signups: name, email, firm, website, firm type, approximate client count and any notes.
- Referral source: if you arrive through a partner link, the partner code and campaign parameters, so the partner gets credit.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages) kept by our host, Cloudflare, and a spam check by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used. Clarity masks form inputs. If you decline, they do not load.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and assess whether your company fits buyer programs.
- To introduce your company to buyers you choose. We share only what is needed for that introduction, and only after you agree.
- To credit and pay partners who referred you.
- To improve the site.
Who we share it with
- Buyers you ask us to introduce you to.
- The partner who referred you, limited to the status of your referral (not your answers), unless you agree otherwise.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting, database, spam protection), Resend (email delivery), and, with your consent, Google and Microsoft analytics.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Lead and partner records are kept for as long as we are working together and up to three years after, then deleted, unless we need them longer for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you: email hello@selldata.ai. You can change cookie choices with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
