These terms apply to selldata.ai, run by SellData.ai ("we"), a Florida limited liability company. By using the site you agree to them.
What we do
We publish information about AI data buyers, offer a value check, and, if you ask, introduce your company to buyers. We are paid referral fees by buyers. We do not buy, license, receive or store company data and are not a party to any agreement between you and a buyer.
Not advice
Content on this site, the value check result and anything we tell you are general information, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. We are not a law firm. Get your own professional advice before signing anything.
Buyer information
We take buyer terms from buyers' public pages and record the date we checked them. Buyers change terms without notice. We do not guarantee that any buyer will make an offer, the amount of any offer, or that information on this site is current. The buyer's own agreement controls.
Value check
The value check gives an estimated fit based on your answers and buyers' published criteria. It is not a valuation or an offer.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate information, and only submit information about a company you are authorized to act for. You are responsible for deciding what data your company licenses and for complying with the laws and contracts that apply to it.
Partners
Partner referrals and revenue share are governed by a separate written partner agreement.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access the admin area, or submit spam. The tracker data is licensed under CC BY 4.0; the rest of the site content is ours unless stated.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
Florida law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.
